The hotel staff were excellent; they provided really good service and treated my partner and me like VIPs. The central location of the hotel was convenient, as we were close to the main bus station and within walking distance of restaurants. the breakfast had a good variety of options and was delicious.
Not obvious to find parking.

English speaking hotel staff.
The bathroom did not look particularly well, especially the shower. There was condensation on the bathroom ceiling probably due to the air conditioning installation above. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. Even when turned off there was noise, probably from the neighboring apartments. Bed lights extremely badly placed where you would constantly hit them by mistake. Pool and other facilities unavailable.

The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We loved the central location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the historic sights and tourist attractions in the area. The comfortable bed and plush pillows were two of our favorite things about the room, but the best aspect was definitely the delicious breakfast buffet.
The facilities were a bit outdated and in need of some repairs. Our room lacked basic amenities like a mini-bar and refrigerator, which made it difficult to store our drinks and snacks.

The staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful and both people we dealt with spoke very good English. The breakfast was very generous with lots of variety.

The hotel is situated in an unattractive area of the city center, far from the historic sites. Although close to the main bus station, the location is not convenient for a short stay. the rooms and bathrooms are adequate, but the service leaves much to be desired. the breakfast selection is okay, but nothing special. the hotel does offer a few facilities to make the stay comfortable.
The hotel lacks a safe and secure environment for the guests.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to the day. the staff that were able to speak English were also very polite and helpful, even though they were not very many. It is also located near several tourist spots and public transportation, making it easy to get around.
The location of the hotel was not ideal. the surrounding area was noisy and felt unsafe when walking at night.
